Welcome Back to Orba Yogis

I am really excited to welcome you back to my beautiful Orba from Monday 7 September. If Lockdown has taught us anything, it is to appreciate our time spent in the company of others, to care for our natural environment & take time to nurture the relationship with ourselves. Yoga was my lifeline during lockdown. There were days when I struggled immensely. I was unsure of & fearful of my future; I wasn’t content or happy in my present & I was resentful & disappointed about my past. Everyday though, I stepped on to my mat & just flowed. I don’t know if I was looking for answers, looking for something to occupy my time, my mind & tire me out, looking for an escape or was it just the only thing which made sense to me. Possibly all of the above. I am fortunate that I have had a steady & consistent practice for many years. I understand, feel & welcome all the physical, mental & emotional benefits which Yoga provides. What I am sure of is, that I learned about myself, I connected with myself & had some very deep & valid conversations with myself during my time on my mat. Some of these conversations were difficult to hear, but they were conversations which I had been avoiding having for years, as I would always have considered myself too busy to listen. I am also very fortunate to have many deep friendships with people I have met when training. I connected with many of these folks over lockdown & we all echoed each other’s dependence on Yoga to get us through lockdown & indeed everything in life. Simply put, Yoga is the best thing you will ever do for yourself. I have been teaching & practicing Yoga for years. I travel the world, learning from the most experienced teachers around, so that I can offer all this knowledge, expertise & peace to you locally in Orba.   • Tuesday: 6pm: Beginners Yoga, 7.30pm: Intermediate Pilates,
  • Thursday 6pm: Yogalates,
