Booking and Payment Terms & Conditions for Orba Studio & Spa Bookings.
By attending a class, workshop, activity or treatment at Orba, or any class, workshop or activity offered by Orba staff online, you are confirming that you are physically & mentally fit & able to partake. You are fully aware of what is involved in your chosen activity & have contacted your instructor or therapist to advise of any pre-existing conditions. You are also confirming that should any injury occur due your participation, you will hold Orba &/or Orba staff blameless. You are confirming that you are fully responsible for your belongings & your car & agree to hold Orba blameless, should any loss or damage ocurr.
You understand that all booked classes, workshops & activities booked for the studio are non-refundable & non-transferrable. You understand that should the Government impose a lockdown, that all courses & activities booked, will be fulfilled online as far as is practically possible. If this is not possible, it will be offered at a later date.
If attending our Spa, you fully understand that you are not permitted to bring your own food & beverages (including alcohol) into the premises. All Spa bookings require a non-refundable 20% deposit. If we have to cancel the service, full refund will be issued. Under exceptional circumstances desposit refund can be requested by the customer but will be subject to an administration fee. Spa bookings may be changed, but not later than 48 hours prior to your booking.
By attending any activity at Orba, you are confirming that you and everyone in your household does not have COVID19. You are confirming that you do not have any COVID19 symptoms & that you have not been in contact with anyone with, or displaying symptoms for the past 14 days.
You are agreeing that if you begin to develop symptoms, you will NOT come to Orba & you will notify us immediately.
